A4: shipping times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US, usually takes 3-7 business days.

A6: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and its original packaging. A12: Yes, we offer delivery services as long as the purchase is above $50. The delivery radius is 20 miles and the delivery fee is $5.00.

Q13: ARE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC FROM MEXICO?

A:13 Most of our products are made in Mexico and imported, there are some things that have Mexican theme but, created here in the USA. The products offered are made from natural ingredients and not harmful to humans.
